1 whole wheat tortilla
2 Tbs. pizza or tomato sauce
8-10 pepperoni or turkey pepperoni slices
2 Tbs. miscellaneous veggies: green pepper, mushrooms, onions, cauliflower, broccoli
Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese ~ sprinkle as desired
Pre-heat oven to 350°. Spread sauce to the edges of tortilla. Add pepperoni and veggies. Cover with cheese as desired. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and tortilla is crisp.
